Stretch film is a packaging material,a highly stretchable plastic film commonly made from Linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) wrapped around items. It is used to wrap products on pallets and secure them to each other and the pallet. Helping to reduce product loss, discourage load tampering, and reduce worker injury. Stretch film/wrap are recyclable. There are a variety of widths, thicknesses, and types of stretch film.
PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Hand stretch film is used for the collective package or goods pallet package, which can prevent moisture, dust, reduce labor, improve efficiency, protect products and reduce costs. It is especially used for palletizing and transportation of goods. It can give full play to the strength, toughness and self-adhesive of the adhesive film, and cooperate with the tightening effect of layer by layer tension when winding, so as to achieve the best effect of palletizing.

Large batch, wrapping machine generally in 15 ~ 80 pallets / hour. 1. Drag packaging: drag type winding machine is adopted, the drawing ratio is less than 200%, the stretching occurs between the film coils on the pallet, and the goods on the pallet drive the film coil to generate power on the film coil to adjust the tension. 2. Pre drawing packaging: pre drawing winding machine is used, which can reach 200% to 300% pre drawing. The film is stretched separately before wrapping the goods, so as to reduce the amount of film used for each pallet and make the goods more stable. Stretching occurs between two adjacent reels, and the stretching ratio is adjustable. Because the stretching process is between the two axes with very small spacing, the friction is large, the film is controlled, and the width is not narrow, which can reduce the material consumption. |
